Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment management, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument.

2. Shariah Auditing Standards

Our classifications are derived from the application of AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions) Shariah Standards, specifically Standard No. 21 (Financial Paper and Shares) and Standard No. 30 (Monetization / Tawarruq). While conducted with institutional rigor, scholars may hold differing viewpoints across Madhabs (schools of thought). Users must conduct their own due diligence before entering financial contracts.

3. Absolute Prohibition of Leveraged Derivatives

All permissible ratings (Halal) apply strictly to Spot Market spot transactions where constructive possession (Qabd) is established immediately without interest-bearing credit. Trading Futures, Options, Contracts for Difference (CFDs), and Margin Accounts are strictly impermissible (Haram) under Islamic law due to Riba, Gharar, and lack of Qabd.

4. Market Volatility & Loss Warning

Cryptocurrency assets are subject to extreme market volatility. The Halal status of an asset denotes its structural compliance with Islamic law; it does not guarantee capital preservation, profitability, or immunity from financial depreciation.
